Western Window Systems Introduces Low-E Oversize Multi-Slide Door and Windows
Jun 08, 2018

[Phoenix] – June 14, 2018 – Today, Western Window Systems announced that three products from its Series 7000 performance line of moving glass walls and windows are now available with low-E oversize glass.

No longer requiring a sacrifice of either size or energy efficiency, oversize glass panels for the Series 7600 Multi-Slide Door are available in sizes up to 17 feet tall as are the Series 7630 Window Wall and Series 7675 Fixed Window (120 square feet). Glass is supplied by Owatonna, Minnesota-based Viracon Glass and features a low-E coating that increases thermal efficiency across climate zones as well as a ten-year warranty.

“We’re thrilled with the positive impact our Series 7000 performance line is having on the building industry,” says Cameron Wyatt, Western Window Systems’ vice president of design and supply chain. “Our new oversize products allow architects, designers, and builders across the country to take full advantage of breakthroughs in big glass and offer more value to their clients in the way of larger views — all while removing the question of energy performance. We’re excited to introduce an option of big glass that will take our performance products to a whole new level.”
